早期康复训练结合饮食指导应用于糖尿病伴下肢骨折患者中的效果分析 被引量:2

Effect Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Training Combined with Dietary Guidance in Diabetic Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

摘要 目的早期康复训练+饮食指导对糖尿病伴下肢骨折患者应用效果分析。方法以随机抽样法于2019年2月-2020年8月在该院收治的98例糖尿病伴下肢骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组行常规干预,观察组行常规干预+早期康复训练+饮食指导。对比两组血糖水平、下肢运动功能(FMA)、生活质量(WHOQOL-100)。结果干预后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)较干预前明显改善,且两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.926、6.718、3.674,P<0.05)。干预前,两组(FMA)、(WHOQOL-100)评分相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.537、0.818,P>0.05);干预后,较干预前明显改善,且两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=9.557、17.565,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴下肢骨折接受早期康复训练、饮食指导联合干预效果显著。 Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation training+dietary guidance on diabetic patients with lower limb fractures.Methods A random sampling method of 98 patients with diabetes and lower limb fractures collected in the hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 was used as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received routine intervention+early rehabilitation training+diet guidance.The blood glucose levels,lower limb motor function(FMA),and quality of life(WHOQOL-100)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose(FPG),blood glucose 2 hours after meal(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)were significantly improved compared with before the intervention,compared to before the intervention,comparison of two groups the difference was statistically significant(t=5.926,6.718,3.674,P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the FMA and WHOQOL-100 scores between the two groups(t=0.537,0.818,P>0.05);after the intervention,it was significantly improved compared to before the intervention,comparison of two groups the difference was statistically significant(t=9.557,17.565,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of early rehabilitation training and diet guidance for diabetes with lower limb fractures has a significant effect.
