围术期优质护理干预在肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者手术中的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Perioperative High-quality Nursing Intervention in the Operation of Hepatobiliary Surgery Patients with Diabetes

目的研究肝胆外科合并糖尿病手术患者实施围术期优质护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月-2020年5月在该院手术的40例肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者,开展研究前用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组与观察组均开展围术期护理,对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组开展围术期优质护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后患者负面情绪较护理前均改善,且观察组护理后负面情绪评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作体现出的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝胆外科合并糖尿病患者实施围术期优质护理干预不仅可以降低患者术后并发症的发生风险,同时还可以让患者从科学的角度了解和认知疾病,缓解患者的负面情绪,并且此种护理模式也获得了患者的接受与认可,患者的主观满意度更高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of perioperative high-quality nursing intervention in patients with hepatobiliary surgery combined with diabetes surgery.Methods Selected 40 patients with hepatobiliary surgery combined with diabetes who were operated on in the hospital from February 2019 to May 2020.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table before the study,with 20 cases in each group.Both the control group and the observation group carried out perioperative nursing,the control group adopted perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group carried out perioperative high-quality nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the negative emotions of patients after nursing were improved compared with before nursing,and the negative emotion scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group showed higher satisfaction with nursing work than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative high-quality nursing intervention for patients with hepatobiliary surgery combined with diabetes can not only reduce the risk of postoperative complications,but also allow patients to understand and recognize the disease from a scientific point of view,and relieve patients’negative emotions.The nursing model has also been accepted and recognized by patients,and the subjective satisfaction of patients is higher.
