糖尿病患者术后留置导尿管并发尿路感染的护理干预效果

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Indwelling Catheter in Diabetic Patients with Urinary Tract Infection

目的给予行手术治疗且合并糖尿病的患者留置导尿管,对其并发尿路感染的情况以及其他护理干预效果进行观察。方法选取该院2018年4月-2020年4月收治的220例行手术治疗且合并糖尿病的患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式划分为研究组和对照组,各110例。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者精细护理。比较两组间护理满意度及尿路感染发生率、有效控制饮食、定时检测血糖、遵医嘱正确用药、血糖控制情况。结果研究组患者的护理总满意度(94.55%)、尿路感染发生率(6.36%)、能够落实有效控制饮食(93.64%)、定时检测血糖(91.82%)、遵医嘱正确用药的人数(97.27%)以及FPG(6.13±1.23)mmol/L、2 h PG(8.10±1.03)mmol/L、Hb A1c(6.45±0.79)%3项指标的水平均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予行手术治疗且合并糖尿病的患者应用精细护理,能够降低患者的尿路感染发生率,同时有效提升对患者的护理干预效果,让患者的自我管理能力进一步提高,因此精细护理在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To give indwelling urinary catheters to patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing surgical treatment to observe their complications of urinary tract infection and the effects of other nursing interventions.Methods Methods220 patients who received surgical treatment and diabetes mellitus in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group and control group by balloting method,110 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to patients in the control group and fine nursing was given to patients in the study group.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of urinary tract infection,effective diet control,regular detection of blood glucose,correct medication according to doctor’s advice and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction with nursing(94.55%),the incidence of urinary tract infection(6.36%),the ability to implement effective diet control(93.64%),regular blood glucose detection(91.82%),the number of people who follow the doctor’s advice and use drugs correctly(97.27%),and the levels of FPG(6.13±1.23)mmol/L,2 h PG(8.10±1.03)mmol/L and Hb A1 c(6.45±0.79)%in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine care to patients undergoing surgical treatment and diabetes mellitus can reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections,and at the same time effectively improve the effect of nursing intervention on patients,and further improve the self-management ability of patients.Therefore,fine care has high application value in clinic.
