基于.NET的区域处方点评系统的开发与实践

Development and practice of regional prescription evaluation system based upon.NET

目的:构建用于开展区域处方点评工作的信息化平台。方法:明确设计理念,建立区域处方点评工作流程,根据设计理念设计上传方式、点评任务分配方式、点评项目、汇总内容等。技术层面采用.NET平台使用C#、JavaScript、JQuery研发B/S结构的应用系统,支持多种终端使用。结果:该系统具有免安装、免对接HIS系统的优势,具有及时、准确、可追溯、灵活和共享的特点。自上线以来,辅助天津地区完成40余家三级医疗机构季度门急诊处方点评3次、专项处方点评1次。结论:应用区域处方点评系统提高了区域处方点评覆盖范围和点评质量,保证了区域内医疗机构处方点评的规范性、一致性和同步性。

OBJECTIVE To establish an information platform to facilitate a regional prescription review.METHODS The authors first clarified the design concept and established the work flow of regional prescription review.Accordingly uploading mode,prescription assignment mode,review items and content summary were implemented.At technical level,this system was an application with B/S structure supporting multiple terminals based upon.NET platform using C#,JavaScript and JQuery.RESULTS Timely,accurate,traceable,flexible and shareable,our system offered the advantages of installation/dock-free to HIS system.Since its application online,quarterly outpatient/emergency prescription review was performed thrice and special prescription review once.And 1554 cases went through a major prescription review.CONCLUSION Application of regional prescription review system promotes the quantity and quality of prescription review,ensures the standardization,consistency and synchronization of prescription review within a certain region.
