摘要
生物数据库是储存生物信息的载体,其功能主要是对生物信息进行收集、归纳和整理。面对生物信息爆炸的时代,生命科学的研究和生产实践越来越离不开各类数据库。在生命科学基础课程生物化学的教学中,蛋白质的结构和功能是其中重要的知识环节。基于此,笔者在生物化学教学中,尝试在蛋白质一级结构部分首次引入数据库概念,在蛋白质高级结构部分进一步引导学生熟悉数据库工具,同时在酶学部分帮助学生提升综合运用数据库解决问题的能力,引导大学生逐步掌握生物相关数据库的使用。
Biological database is the carrier of biological information. Its main function is to collect,summarize and sort out biological information. In the era of big data, the academic research and industrial production in the field of life science are increasingly inseparable from some kinds of databases. In the teaching of Biochemistry, the basic course of life science, the structure and function of biological macromolecules such as protein and nucleic acid are very important and difficult points. Based on this, in Biochemistry course, we try to introduce the concept of database for the first time in the part of protein primary structure, helping students to be familiar with database tools in the part of protein advanced structure,and emphasize the comprehensive use of the databases to solve problems in the part of enzymology, to gradually guide college students to use the biological databases properly.
