基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在嘌呤核苷酸的分解代谢中的教学设计与反思 被引量:7

The teaching design and rethinking of flipped classroom teaching model based on microlecture in purine nucleotide catabolism

摘要 物质代谢是医学生物化学课程中较难掌握的内容。该部分内容枯燥繁杂,学生易产生厌烦情绪,传统教学方法教学效果差,不利于后续课程的学习。翻转课堂作为一种新兴的教学模式得到了越来越多学生的欢迎。本文以"嘌呤核苷酸的分解代谢"为例,从微课设计与翻转课堂设计两方面提出教学建议,并进行教学反思,为提高医学生生物化学课程教学质量提供参考。 Metabolism is a difficult part to master in Biochemistry course for medical students. With its uninteresting and complicated content, students are prone to boredom and the traditional teaching method hardly achieves the teaching goal, which will be disadvantageous to the study of following courses. Flipped classroom is a new type of teaching method and is welcomed by more and more students. Taking “purine nucleotide catabolism” as an example, we put forward some teaching suggestions from two aspects:microlecture design and flipped classroom design. Teaching reflection is carried out to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of Biochemistry course for medical students.
