全国公开赛一等奖课程剖析一例

摘要 以赛促教是一种较受推崇的青年教师培养模式。作者作为这一模式的实践者和受益者,在思想转变、内容选择、课堂设计、拓展延伸和现场发挥等方面积累了一些经验和体会。思想转变是指当教学与其他工作发生冲突时,如何坚持以教学为根本;内容选择旨在阐述如何结合教师自身的爱好和听众的兴趣;课堂设计重点介绍作者对"糖葫芦理论"的实践;拓展延伸重在如何深挖所讲知识点背后蕴藏的普遍规律,实现教学内容的立体化;现场发挥旨在回答如何即兴运用语言将授课人与听课人之间被动的"讲与听"的关系,转变为"交流"的关系。本文就以上经验进行了总结,供同行教师参考。 Improving teaching by competition is a useful training mode for young teachers. As a practitioner and beneficiary of this model, the author accumulated some thoughts and experience in the aspects of notions change, content selection, classroom design, expansion & extension and improvisation. Specifically, the change of notions refers to how to adhere to teaching as the fundamental when teaching conflicts with other work. The content selection is mainly about how to combine the teacher’s own interests and the interests of the audience. The classroom design focuses on the author′s practice of “Tanghulu Theory”. In the aspect of expansion & extension, it mainly involves how to dig out the universal law hidden behind the knowledge points. The improvisation part introduces how to use language impromptu to change the passive “speaking and listening” relationship between the lecturer and the listener into “communication” relationship. This paper summarized the above experience for the reference of teachers in peer.
