摘要
生物化学与分子生物学通常是生物类本科生和研究生的专业核心课程。对于讲授同一门课程的教师而言,在本科生和研究生的课程教学上必然存在差异。本文以本科生与研究生共同开设的分子生物学课程为讨论对象,从学情把握、教材选用、教学目标、教学手段、考核方式五个方面,分析有哪些差异,思考如何科学对待并处理好这些差异,从而做好不同阶段教学的延续性,以期提高不同阶段课程的教学质量及效果。
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology are usually the core courses both for undergraduates and graduate students major in biology. For teachers of the both courses, there must be some differences in the curriculum for undergraduate and graduate students. This paper takes Molecular Biology as the object of discussion. From the five aspects of academic conditions, selection of teaching materials, teaching goals,teaching methods, and assessment methods, we analyze what are the differences, then consider how to treat and handle such differences scientifically and do well in the continuity of teaching, to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of courses at different stages.
