“称胜”理论与兵法商用

摘要 将兵战理论运用于商战是古已有之且时下热议的命题。《孙子兵法》中的“称胜”理论昭示了经济实力对竞争胜负的决定性作用,反映出实力较量是博弈中的永恒原则。然而,从兵战理论转型为商战宝典时,过度渲染变数众多的“诡谲”,而忽视“称胜”理论所反映的不变原则,容易造成伦理与法度的缺失。未来应从兵战理论中吸取合理的经验,倡导良性的商业博弈。 The application of military warfare theory to commercial warfare is a proposition that has existed in ancient times and is hotly discussed nowadays.The theory of“winning”in The Art of War shows that economic power plays a decisive role in the outcome of competition and reflects that the contest of power is an eternal principle in the game.However,when transitioning from military warfare theory to commercial warfare,excessively exaggerating the“deception”with many variables and ignoring the invariable principles reflected in the“winning”theory can easily lead to the lack of ethics and law.In the future,we should draw reasonable experience from the theory of warfare and advocate a benign business game.
