摘要 目的探讨SToS教学模式在医学生科研能力培养中的应用。方法选取2020年11月至2021年6月的308名医学生作为研究对象,采用SToS教学模式,在导师的指导和严格的质控下,由优秀高年级硕士研究生带领低年级硕士研究生和本科生开展两阶段科研训练。分析医学生参与科研活动的情况、原因及科研训练的效果。结果第一阶段科研培训参与过和未参与过科研项目的医学生的年龄和年级差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其参加科研活动的主要原因为自愿参加(77.60%),但不同原因间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);第一阶段三期科研培训在正式讲课期间的依从率均高于90%;完成两阶段科研训练的医学生的科研能力平均得分高于训练前,但论文写作能力平均得分略低于训练前。结论应对医学生开展早期科研训练,在导师指导下进行的SToS教学模式,可有效提升医学生的科研能力,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the application of SToS teaching method in developing research skills for medical students.Methods 308 medical students from November 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects.Using SToS teaching method,the outstanding senior postgraduates led junior postgraduates and undergraduates to carry out two-stage research training under the guidance and strict quality control of tutor.The conditions and causes of participating in research activities for the medical students and the effects of research training were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in age and grade between the medical students who participated and did not participate in research projects in the first stage research cultivation(P<0.05).The main cause of participating in research activities was voluntary participating(77.60%),but the differences among different causes were of no statistical significances(P>0.05).The compliance rates of three research training during the formal lecture in the first stage were all higher than 90%.The average scores of research skills of medical students who finished the two-stage research training were higher than those before training,but the average score of literature writing skill was slightly lower than that before training.Conclusion Early research training should be carried out for medical students,and SToS teaching method under the guidance of tutors can effectively improve the research skills of medical students.It is worth promoting and applying.
