中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Chronic Pharyngitis

目的研究临床治疗慢性咽炎疾病中,中西医结合疗法的应用效果。方法研究共选取38例慢性咽炎疾病患者作为分析对象,以数字随机表法对患者进行分组,其中单纯使用西医疗法治疗的19例患者作为对照组,另外19例使用中西医结合疗法的患者作为观察组,从炎性指标水平、治疗总有效率、半年复发率、症状消失时间等方面对两组疗效进行分析比对。结果治疗后,两组患者的炎性指标水平均有所下降,两组相比,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率评估值显著偏高,半年随访期间的疾病复发率显著偏低,发热、咽喉肿痛、扁桃体充血、脓性分泌物等症状消失的时间均显著偏短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性咽炎疾病具有反复性的特点,经久不愈问题突出,为患者提供中西医结合疗法,可在炎症控制、促症状缓解、防止疾病复发等多方面起到更显著的作用,相较单纯西医药物干预方式,可行性更高。

Objective To study the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the clinical treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 38 patients with chronic pharyngitis were selected as the analysis object,and the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,19 patients treated with Western medicine alone as the control group,and 19 patients treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine as the observation group.The curative effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared from the aspects of inflammatory index level,total effective rate,half year recurrence rate and symptom disappearance time.Results After treatment,the inflammatory index levels of the two groups of patients decreased.Compared with the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,the recurrence rate of the disease was significantly lower during the half year follow-up period,and the disappearance time of fever,sore throat,tonsil congestion,purulent secretion and other symptoms were significantly shorter,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic pharyngitis disease has the characteristics of repetition,and the problem of long-term non cure is prominent.To provide patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can play a more significant role in inflammation control,promoting symptom relief,preventing disease recurrence and other aspects.Compared with simple western medicine drug intervention,the feasibility is higher.
