医院公共卫生管理中存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures in Hospital Public Health Management

随着我国经济的发展与社会的不断进步,居民对医院公共卫生管理的要求不断提高。公共卫生管理工作作为医院预防传染病、应对突发事件、改善院内卫生条件和提供相应卫生服务的重要途径,其中存在的问题不容忽视。本文主要介绍了公共卫生管理的概述,阐述了医院公共卫生管理的主要功能,分析了管理过程中出现的问题,在此基础上,本文就医院公卫管理工作的质量提出几点对策,包括加强对医院公共卫生管理的重视;学习先进经验,增强对管理人员的培训;完善医院公共卫生管理工作制度;建立公共卫生应急体系,提高医院公共卫生管理水平;引进先进公共卫生管理系统;政府进行医院公共卫生宏观调控管理,希望能为医院公卫管理工作的有序开展提供有效的文献资料。

With the development of China’s economy and the continuous progress of society,the requirements of residents for hospital public health management are constantly improving.As an important way to prevent infectious diseases,deal with emergencies,improve hospital health conditions and provide corresponding health services,public health management has some problems that can not be ignored.This paper mainly introduces the overview of public health management,expounds the main functions of hospital public health management,and analyzes the problems in the management process.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on the quality of hospital public health management,including strengthening the attention to hospital public health management,learning advanced experience,strengthening the training of management personnel,improving the quality of hospital public health management,and improving the quality of hospital public health management;improve the hospital public health management system,establish public health emergency system,improve the level of hospital public health management,introduce advanced public health management system,and carry out macro-control and management of hospital public health by the government,hoping to provide effective literature for the orderly development of hospital public health management.
