探析针对性护理干预对小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效和护理满意度的影响

Explore the Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Satisfaction of Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura

目的探讨针对性护理在小儿过敏性紫癜患儿护理中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月于我院接受治疗的70例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为两组,分别命名为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组按照常规流程开展临床护理工作,观察组在其基础上实施针对性护理干预,对比两组临床症状改善时间、遵医行为、焦虑程度及家长对护理满意度。结果观察组腹痛消失时间、关节疼痛消失时间、紫癜消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组SCARED评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SCARED评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预可有效改善患儿心理状态与遵医行为,促进患儿康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods Seventy cases of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,named as the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group carried out clinical nursing work according to the routine process,and the observation group implemented targeted nursing intervention on the basis of it.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,compliance behavior,anxiety degree and parents’ satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain,joint pain,purpura and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the SCARED score between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,the SCARED score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state and compliance behavior of children,and promote the rehabilitation of children.
