循证护理在小儿腹泻临床护理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Infantile Diarrhea

目的探讨循证护理模式在小儿腹泻临床护理工作中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于我院接受治疗的120例腹泻患儿为研究对象,根据随机原则将其分为两组,分别命名为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组按常规模式开展临床护理工作,观察组在其基础上实施循证护理,对比两组临床症状改善时间、住院时间、患儿对护理依从性、家属对护理满意度及患儿3个月内腹泻复发率。结果观察组退热时间、纠正脱水时间、止泻时间、大便形状改善时间及住院时间均较对照组短,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患儿对护理总依从度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属对护理总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组3个月内复发率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对腹泻患儿实施循证护理效果确切,相较于常规护理,循证护理可进一步缩短患儿临床症状改善时间及住院时间,提升家属满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing model in clinical nursing of infantile diarrhea.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,named observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group carried out clinical nursing work according to the conventional mode,and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing on the basis of it.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,children’s compliance with nursing,family members’ satisfaction with nursing and children’s diarrhea recurrence rate within 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,dehydration time,diarrhea time,stool shape improvement time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate within 3 months between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing on children with diarrhea is exact.Compared with routine nursing,evidence-based nursing can further shorten the time of clinical symptoms improvement and hospitalization,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of promotion.
