共情护理对卧床脑瘫患儿的现状分析及措施研究

Present Situation Analysis and Measure Study of Empathic Nursing for Children with Bedridden Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨共情护理对卧床脑瘫患儿的应用效果。方法以福利院康复医院内科2020年4~9月接收卧床脑瘫患儿26例为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组(13例)与对照组(13例),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施共情护理,观察患儿护理后情况。结果①两组患儿护理后的生活质量:观察组护理后言语功能、认知功能、社会功能、运动功能、自理能力、情绪功能及社会适应能力均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②两组患儿护理效果:观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿的年龄较小,其身心发育不成熟,通过共情护理,可给予其高质量的护理服务,从各个方面给予细致入微的护理,感受患儿的内心。共情护理对于卧床脑瘫患儿的护理效果显著,可有效提升卧床脑瘫患儿的日常生活能力,且还存在可改进空间,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of empathy nursing on children with bedridden cerebral palsy.Methods Twenty-six cases of children with cerebral palsy in bed in nursing department of Welfare Hospital from April to September in 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group (13 cases) and control group (13 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given empathy nursing,and the situation of children after nursing was observed.Results ① The quality of life of the two groups after nursing:the speech function,cognitive function,social function,motor function,self-care ability,emotional function and social adaptability of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).② Nursing effect of the two groups:the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy are younger,and their physical and mental development is immature.Through empathy nursing,we can provide them with high-quality nursing service and meticulous nursing from all aspects,so as to feel the heart of children.Empathy nursing for bedridden children with cerebral palsy nursing effect is significant,can effectively improve the ability of daily life of bedridden children with cerebral palsy,and there is room for improvement,has clinical application value.
