白虎二地汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Baihu Erdi Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察白虎二地汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择2019年8月至2020年8月于我院接受治疗的134例2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究主体,采用随机数表法将这134例患者分为两组,对照组(67例)以常规药物治疗,观察组(67例)使用白虎二地汤加减治疗,对两种治疗方案的临床疗效进行对比。结果治疗完成后,观察组糖尿病指标各项均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组临床症状如口干、乏力等中医证候积分均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组血清炎症因子水平低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论使用白虎二地汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效显著,能促使患者血糖水平显著下降,其临床症状得到改善,还能够降低机体的炎症反应,值得应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baihu Erdi Decoction on type 2 diabetes.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.The 134 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (67 cases) was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group (67 cases) was treated with Baihu Erdi decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two treatment schemes were compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of diabetes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms such as dry mouth and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The level of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Baihu Erdi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is significant,which can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the clinical symptoms,and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,which is worthy of application.
