非医学专业大学生院前急救认知及培训需求调查分析

Investigation on Pre-hospital First Aid Cognition and Training Needs of Non-medical College Students

目的了解非医学专业大学生院前急救认知现状及培训需求,为后续开展院前急救培训提供依据。方法采取随机抽样法,抽取武汉市6所高校1410名非医学专业大学生进行调查。结果 93.19%大学生认为有必要掌握院前急救知识,在学历上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);90.14%大学生表示需要接受急救培训,在年级上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大学生最喜欢的培训主体是"学校"(51.28%),最喜欢的培训方式是"线上线下混合式"(54.54%),最希望接受培训的内容是"伤口止血、包扎"(88.23%),培训内容的需求在性别上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非医学专业大学生对院前急救的重要性认知较好,培训需求迫切。建议高校加大力度,针对大学生学习特点及需求差异,制定有针对性的急救培训方案,提升大学生急救能力。

Objective To understand the cognition status and training needs of non-medical college students in pre-hospital first aid,and to provide the reference for pre-hospital first aid training in the future.Methods A total of 1410 non-medical college students from 6 universities in Wuhan were surveyed by random sampling method.Results 93.19% of college students thought it is necessary to master the knowledge of pre-hospital first aid,and in education background there is signifieant difference(P<0.05);90.14% of college students indicated that they need to receive first aid training,and in gender there is signifieant difference(P<0.05);College students’ favorite training organization was “school” (51.28%),the most favorite way was “online and offline mixed training” (54.54%),and the most desired training content was wound hemostasis and bandaging (88.23%),and there was significant difference between the sexes in terms of training content demand(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-medical college students have a good understanding of the importance of pre-hospital first aid,and the training needs are urgent.It is suggested that colleges and universities should make more efforts to develop targeted first aid training programs according to the differences of learning characteristics and needs of college students,so as to improve their first aid ability.
