摘要
突发的新冠疫情影响了高职体育教学工作的正常开展,长时间的疫情和“闭关”在家加重了部分学生的心理健康问题。如果不进行及时的干预和疏导将会给学生带来严重的后果,对学生日后的健康发展有着重要影响。为了提高学生应对“后疫情”时期的心理适应能力,保证学生正常的学习和生活,体育教学要从以下几个方面着手:树立正确对待体育锻炼的观点;引导学生认识到身心健康的重要性;灵活制定课堂体系,突出体育心理健康教育;分析不同运动对心理健康的影响,针对不同情况有的放矢。
The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic has affected the normal development of physical education in higher vocational colleges,and the long-term epidemic situation and confinement at home aggravate the mental health problems of some students.If we do not intervene and guide the students in time,it may bring about serious consequences and have a great influence on the healthy development of students in the future.In order to improve the psychological adaptability of students in the period of"post-epidemic"and guarantee their normal study and life,physical education should focus on the following aspects:set up the viewpoint of dealing with physical exercise correctly,guide students to realize the importance of physical and mental health,formulate a flexible classroom system and highlight the mental health education of physical education,and analyze the influence of different sports on mental health.
