新时代高职学生职业素养的自我教育途径略论

On the Ways of Self-education of Professional Quality of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era

高职教育经过多年发展,成果丰硕。但就高职毕业生在社会上的竞争力来看,并不容乐观,原因涉及多方面,但是究其根本原因,则在于高职学生职业素养不高造成的。高职学生如果内生动力不足、自身要求过低、自我教育缺失的话,那么无论外部环境如何优化,都不能实现高素养,日后较难更好地贡献社会,也很难实现自身价值的最大化。重视和提升高职学生的自我教育能力,积极探索其自我教育的有效方法和途径,是高职教育教学高质量发展的关键性环节。

After years of development,higher vocational education has yielded fruitful results.However,as far as the competitiveness of higher vocational graduates in society is concerned,it is not optimistic.The reasons involve many aspects,but the underlying cause lies in the low professional quality of higher vocational students.Without sufficient endogenous motivation,high self-expectation and enough self-education,they will not have high professional quality,even if the external environment is optimized enough.Then it will be difficult for them to make more contributions to society and maximize their own value in the future.Emphasizing the improvement of students'self-education ability and exploring the effective methods of self-education are the keys to the high-quality development of higher vocational education and teaching.
