摘要
文章采用提取的广枣多糖制备了多糖镧,将其负载于硅藻土上,用于探究降解有机染料污染物甲基红的作用,目的是清除水体中有机染料污染物对环境的影响.以硅藻土作载体,多糖镧作催化剂,将两者按5∶1、7∶1、10∶1、13∶1、15∶1的比例混合磨细,制备负载型光催化剂.以空白实验为对照,在光照下降解甲基红,利用分光光度法测定降解后的甲基红吸光度.结果表明,硅藻土负载多糖镧较多糖镧对甲基红的降解率高出41.98%.负载型多糖镧的降解率高达81.26%,降解效果非常明显,光照2天的降解率为13.69%,8天的降解率为81.26%,光照时间越长,降解率越高.
In this paper, the polysaccharide lanthanum was prepared from the supported fructus choerospondiatis polysaccharide.The polysaccharide lanthanum was further loaded on porous diatomite to explore the effect of degradation of organic dye pollutant methyl red, with the purpose of removing the environmental impact of organic dye pollutant in soil and water.In the specific methods, the diatomite was taken as carrier, and the fructus choerospondiatis polysaccharide lanthanum as photocatalyst.The blank experiment was as control group.The complexes of both them were mixed and finely grinded at the ratio of 5∶1,7∶1,13∶1 and 15∶1 so as to preparea supported photocatalyst.Fructus choerospondiatis polysaccharide lanthanum was loaded on the diatomite.Methyl red was degraded in the illumination conditions.Absorbance values of methyl red were determined using spectrophotometer following degradation.The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl red in the polysaccharide lanthanum complex loaded on diatomite was 41.98% higher than that of the single polysaccharide lanthanum complex.The degradation rate of the supported polysaccharide lanthanum was as high as 81.26%,and the degradation effect was very obvious.Under the illumination coondition, the degradation rates were 13.69% for 2 days and 8 days respectively, which indicated that the longer was the illumination time, the higher the degradation rate.
