摘要
通过对本钢45钢棒材横截面组织的分析,从中心、1/4半径、1/2半径、边缘铁素体晶粒直径逐渐细小,在满足国家标准要求前提下,通过将规格为φ250 mm的45钢棒材改锻成φ70 mm,正火后的屈服强度和抗拉强度均提高30 MPa以上,力学性能得到了很大提高,钢材满足高端质量要求。
Through the analysis of the cross-section structure of 45 steel bar in Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the grain diameter of ferrite gradually becomes smaller from the center,1/4 radius,1/2 radius and edge.On the premise of meeting the requirements of national standards,the yield strength and tensile strength of normalized 45 steel bar are increased by more than 30 MPa and the mechanical properties are greatly improved.The steel meets the high-end quality requirements requirement.
