摘要 RH自然脱碳过程将产生一定量的CO,如果将其直接排入大气,将会对环境造成一定影响且对能源是一种浪费,通过对RH自然脱碳过程CO生成量的计算,进而量化在此过程中所释放的热能,并结合实际生产将其合理利用。 The Natural Decarburisation process in RH is researched.The developing engineers concluded the doubleslag method using theoretical analysis and trials.Using this process,the qualified rate of top grade steel incressed from 50%to 99%.The result is very good.This process is a base of top grade steel developing work.
