摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者使用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍进行治疗的效果。方法以随机纳入的方式选择该院2017年1月-2019年12月所收治的98例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组(49例,阿卡波糖)和研究组(49例,阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍)。对比两组患者血糖指标检测结果以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组糖化血红蛋白(6.45±1.23)%,餐后2 h血糖(10.56±1.01)mmol/L,空腹血糖(24.36±2.66)mmol/L,对照组糖化血红蛋白(7.43±1.21)%,餐后2 h血糖(11.32±1.92)mmol/L,空腹血糖(26.78±2.54)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.976、2.452、4.606,P<0.05)。研究组5例患者出现不良反应,不良反应率10.2%,对照组14例存在不良反应,发生率28.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.289,P<0.05)。结论联合阿卡波糖和二甲双胍对糖尿病患者进行治疗,可提升治疗效果和安全性,避免不良反应出现,有效控制血糖值水平和病情进展,防止病情加重。
Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with acarbose combined with metformin in diabetic patients.Methods The 98 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 December to 2019 were selected as research subjects by random enrollment,and were divided into control group(49 cases,acarbose)and study group(49 cases,acarbose combined with acarbose metformin)according to the order of admission.The test results of blood glucose index and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Study group glycosylated hemoglobin(6.45±1.23)%,2 h postprandial blood glucose(10.56±1.01)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(24.36±2.66)mmol/L,control group glycosylated hemoglobin(7.43±1.21)%,after meal 2 h blood glucose(11.32±1.92)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(26.78±2.54)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.976,2.452,4.606,P<0.05).5 patients in the study group had adverse reactions,with an adverse reaction rate of 10.2%,and 14 patients in the control group had adverse reactions with an incidence of 28.6%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.289,P<0.05).Conclusion Combining acarbose and metformin in the treatment of diabetic patients can improve the therapeutic effect and safety,avoid adverse reactions,effectively control the blood glucose level and the progress of the disease,and prevent the disease from getting worse.
