探究关节镜技术配合微创处理治疗膝关节创伤患者的临床效果分析

Exploring the Clinical Effect of Arthroscopic Technique Combined with Minimally Invasive Treatment in the Treatment of Patients with Knee Joint Trauma

摘要 目的探讨在膝关节创伤的治疗中采用关节镜技术配合微创处理的临床效果。方法选择2019年3月-2020年4月由该院收治的130例膝关节创伤患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为参照组和研究组。参照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予关节镜技术配合微创治疗,对比两组患者的Lysholms评分、临床疗效、手术情况、术后并发症情况。结果在Lysholms评分上,研究组(89.23%)优于参照组(73.85%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.110,P=0.024);在临床疗效上,研究组(93.85%)高于参照组(78.46%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.448,P=0.011);在术中情况上,研究组的各项关键指标优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后并发症发生上,研究组(6.16%)低于参照组(18.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.561,P=0.033)。结论在膝关节创伤的治疗中采用关节镜技术配合微创处理,有良好的临床效果,有助于提升治疗效果,加快患者膝关节功能的恢复,且降低术后并发症的出现。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic technique combined with minimally invasive treatment in the treatment of knee joint trauma.Methods 130 patients with knee joint trauma admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the order of admission.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given arthroscopic technology with minimally invasive treatment.The Lysholms score,clinical efficacy,surgical status,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results In the Lysholms score,the study group(89.23%)was better than the reference group(73.85%),the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.110,P=0.024);in the clinical efficacy,the study group(93.85%)was higher than the reference group(78.46%),the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.448,P<0.05);in terms of intraoperative conditions,the study group was better than the control gtroup,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of postoperative complications,the study group(6.16%)was lower than the reference group(18.47%),the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.561,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of arthroscopic technology in the treatment of knee joint trauma with minimally invasive treatment has a good clinical effect,helps to improve the treatment effect,accelerate the recovery of the patient’s knee joint function,and reduce postoperative complications.
