探讨程序化护理干预对半月板损伤行膝关节镜术后患者康复效果的影响

Exploring the Effect of Programmed Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation Effect of Meniscus Injury Patients Undergoing Knee Arthroscopy

目的研究对接受膝关节镜术治疗的半月板损伤患者实施程序化护理干预的临床效果。方法选取该院2019年1月-2020年8月收治的88例半月板损伤患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组44例接受常规护理干预,程序化组44例接受程序化护理干预,比较两组康复效果。结果程序化组出院时、出院后2个月评分结果为(70.05±5.42)分、(82.62±6.19)分,均高于对照组(62.37±5.44)分、(73.62±5.94)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.634、6.959,P<0.05)。程序化组术后并发症发生率(9.09%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.938,P<0.05)。程序化组术后住院时间短于对照组,患者住院总费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.160、4.347,P<0.05)。结论程序化护理干预的实施可加快半月板损伤行膝关节镜术后的康复,能有效减少术后并发症,缩短患者住院时间,减少患者医疗负担。

Objective To study the clinical effects of programmed nursing intervention for meniscus injury patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.Methods 88 patients with meniscus injury from January 2019 to August 2020 in the hospital were divided into 2 groups by random number table.44 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 44 patients in the programmed group received programmed nursing Intervention to compare the rehabilitation effects of the two groups.Results The scores of the programmed group at discharge and 2 months after discharge were(70.05±5.42)points and(82.62±6.19)points,which were higher than the control group(62.37±5.44)points and(73.62±5.94)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.634,6.959,P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the programmed group was 9.09%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.938,P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay in the programmed group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total hospitalization cost of patients was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.160,4.347,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of programmed nursing intervention can speed up the recovery of meniscus injury after knee arthroscopy,can effectively reduce postoperative complications,shorten the patient’s hospital stay,and reduce the medical burden of patients.
