综合护理策略对结直肠癌腹腔灌注化疗患者不良反应的影响

The Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Strategy on the Adverse Reactions of Patients with Colorectal Cancer with Intraperitoneal Perfusion Chemotherapy

目的研究采用综合护理策略对结直肠癌腹腔灌注化疗患者不良反应的影响。方法选取在2017年1月-2018年12月期间来该院治疗的98例结直肠癌腹腔灌注化疗患者作为该次研究对象,并随机的分为两组,49例患者行常规的护理模式作为常规护理组,49例患者行综合护理策略模式作为综合护理组。对比两组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分、护理满意度和生命质量评分。结果采用焦虑自量表对两组患者的焦虑情况进行评分,常规组患者在干预后1 d、干预后5 d及出院时患者的焦虑评分高于综合护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.618、3.710、7.136,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的疼痛情况相对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.098,P>0.05),治疗后,综合护理组患者的疼痛评分优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.755,P<0.05)。两组患者经过护理后,常规护理组患者满意度(79.59%)明显小于综合护理组患者满意度(97.96%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.295,P<0.05)。经过对比,综合护理组患者在心理健康、社会功能、躯体功能及活力等生命质量评分均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.666、24.244、17.299、30.520,P<0.05)。结论通过对结直肠癌腹腔灌注化疗患者采用综合护理策略能有效的缓解患者的负面情绪,减轻患者的疼痛,缩短患者的住院时间,值得在临床中广泛的推广应用。

Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing strategies on the adverse reactions of patients with colorectal cancer and intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy.Methods A total of 98 patients with colorectal cancer intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy who came to the hospital for treatment from January to December 2017 to January to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into two groups,49 patients underwent conventional nursing model as the routine nursing group,and 49 patients underwent the comprehensive nursing strategy model as the comprehensive nursing group,Compare the pain score,anxiety score,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients.Results Anxiety self-scale was used to score the anxiety of the two groups of patients.The anxiety scores of the patients in the conventional group were higher than that of the comprehensive care group at 1 day after intervention,5 days after intervention,and at the time of discharge.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.618,3.710,7.136,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain between the two groups of patients(t=0.098,P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of patients in the comprehensive care group were better than those in the conventional care group.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.755,P<0.05).After the two groups of patients were treated,the satisfaction of patients in the conventional care group(79.59%)was significantly lower than that in the comprehensive care group(97.96%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.295,P<0.05).After comparison,the comprehensive nursing group was better than the conventional nursing group in mental health,social function,physical function and vitality,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.666,24.244,17.520,30.299,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing strategy for patients with colorectal cancer intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of the patients,reduce the pain of the patients,and shorten the hospitalization time of the patients.It is worthy of widespread clinical application.
