黑龙江省技能主导类单板滑雪项目机能评价体系构建的研究

Research on the Construction of Function Evaluation System of Skill Oriented Snowboarding Events in Heilongjiang Province

目的:建立技能主导类单板滑雪项目运动员的身体机能评价体系。方法:采用文献综述法和问卷调查法筛选评价指标,采用测试法对黑龙江省36名技能主导类单板滑雪项目运动员针对所筛选的指标进行测试,采用统计分析法对所筛选的指标和所建立的评价体系进行可行性验证。结果:受试者机能水平均为中等偏上,其中机能评分在76~100分之间呈优秀等级的有16人,占比44.44%;在51~75分之间呈良好等级的有20人,占比55.56%。结论:该研究所筛选的指标可作为技能主导类单板滑雪运动项目运动员的身体机能评价体系。

Objective:to establish the body function evaluation system of skiers in skill oriented snowboarding events.Methods:using the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey to screen the evaluation indexes,using the test method to test the selected indexes of 36 skiers in Heilongjiang Province,and using the statistical analysis method to verify the feasibility of the selected indexes and the established evaluation system.Results:the athletes in this subject is above average among them,16 athletes with 76-100 scores are excellent,accounting for 44.44%;20 athletes with 51-75 scores are good,accounting for 55.56%.Conclusion:the selected indexes can be used as the body function evaluation system of skiers.
