高职院校大学生体型与饮食习惯的关系探析

摘要 该文采用文献资料法、测量法、数理统计法、分组法、问卷调查法对南京交通职业技术学院学生进行体态划分和饮食情况的调查与研究。以BIA体脂率划分体型为标准,数据反映高职校学生体脂水平整体不高,超重和肥胖组男女生比例均低于其他组;不同体型大学生食物摄入存在差异,多数学生对各类食物有每周2~4天的摄入频率,少数学生存在偏食现象、缺乏均衡饮食的意识;超重及肥胖组学生每周摄入“肉类”“粮食类”食物的人数比例明显大于正常体脂组。 The article uses the literature material method,measuring method,mathematical statistics,the grouping method,questionnaire survey on Nanjing vocational institute of transport technology students obesity and dietary structure of investigation and research.In base of BIA,the body fat level of students in high vocational schools was not high,and the proportion of boys and girls in overweight and obese groups was lower than other groups;there are differences in food intake among students with different body types,most students eat all kinds of food two to four days a week,while a few students have partial eating phenomenon and lack of awareness of balanced diet;the proportion of students in the overweight and obese groups who ate"meat"and"grain"foods per week was significantly higher than that in the normal body fat group.
