摘要
目的:通过Omegawave诊断系统配合身体形态、生化和神经脑电波指标,对江苏省花样游泳项目运动员进行冬训前后约3个月时间机能状态的监控,为合理把控训练强度提供依据。结果:(1)冬训不同阶段运动员的基本身体形态(体重、体脂率等)出现了不同程度的变化;(2)在冬训期间,运动员生化指标出现了不同程度的变化;(3)随着冬训时间的推进,运动员的疲劳程度不断上升。结论:(1)经过冬训后,运动员的身体形态出现了符合项目的变化;(2)生化指标和Omegawave都能有效监控运动员机体状态,避免运动疲劳的发生。
Purpose:to use Omegawave diagnostic system to monitor the functional status of synchronized swimming athletes in Jiangsu Province for about 3 months before and after winter training,in order to provide a basis for reasonable control of training intensity.Results:(1)the basic body data(body weight,body fat rate,etc.)of the athletes in different stages of winter training decreased to different degrees;(2)with the advance of winter training time,the fatigue degree of the athletes increases continuously.Conclusion:(1)after winter training,the athletes'body shape changed in accordance with the project;(2)biochemical indicators and Omegawave can effectively monitor the body condition for avoid exercise fatigue.
