摘要
短跑运动项目在世界竞技项目中具有代表性、典型性和特殊性,重点考验了运动员的步频、步幅、爆发力、无氧能力、身体综合素养等。功能性力量训练在竞技项目中经常出现,它是运动员提升运动水平的基础。随着竞争的日益激烈,运动员的日常训练强度在不断增加,发生运动损伤的概率也在升高,这就驱使教练更加重视功能性力量训练,这对于预防损伤、提升体能具有重要意义。
Sprint is representative,typical and special in the world competitive events.It mainly tests the athletes'stride frequency,stride length,explosive power,anaerobic ability and comprehensive physical quality.Functional strength training often appears in competitive events,which is the basis for athletes to improve their sports level.With the increasingly fierce competition,the daily training intensity of athletes is increasing,and the probability of sports injury is also increasing,which drives coaches to pay more attention to functional strength training,which is of great significance to prevent injury and improve physical fitness.
