摘要 青少年青春期阶段的健康问题一直是每个家庭、学校以及社会关注的焦点,通过体适能训练改善和提高健康水平的概念也逐渐进入大众视野,应根据青春期的特殊性进行有目的、有计划、有区别的训练。该文研究了青少年青春期阶段的体适能训练手段、目的、意义,以及与生理、心理、社会适应能力的关系,列举了适合青少年青春期阶段体适能游戏,是以趣味性为主又与专业训练有所区别的训练方式,提倡摆脱单一枯燥的模仿重复训练,将“玩与学”相结合,使青少年在游戏与训练的相互作用下体会到运动所带来的喜悦感与自我满足感,提高青少年参与体育锻炼的积极性与主动性。 Adolescent health has always been the focus of every family,school and society,and the concept of improving health through physical fitness training has gradually entered the public vision.So the traditional training mode cannot be used for training.Instead,purpose-oriented,planned and differentiated training should be carried out according to the particularity of adolescence.Based on the research of adolescence stage fitness training means,purpose,significance and the relationship with the physiological and social adaptation ability.List for adolescent adolescence stage fitness game,interest is given priority to with professional training of different training methods.It is advocated to get rid of the monotonous imitation and repetitive training and combine"playing with learning",so that teenagers can feel the joy and self satisfaction brought by sports under the interaction of games and training,and improve their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in physical exercise.
