摘要
该文通过分析弹力带负荷在10~15%BW情况下恢复时间对青少年羽毛球运动员激活后增强效应的影响,确定PAP恢复的时间段,探究该训练方法对青少年运动员专项灵敏性测试成绩的影响。实验受试者为14位国家羽毛球青年运动员,在进行第1次专项灵敏测试后按照成绩高低相似程度将其分为弹力带抗阻跑组(R S组)与步伐冲刺组(S组),然后让他们进行两组弹力带抗阻专项步伐冲刺50m,练习后进行PAP诱导,并在诱导后的4min、8min、12min间歇时进行专项灵敏测试,对比分析不同间歇情况下RS组与S组成绩的变化,从而确定弹力带抗阻跑作为PAP诱发手段的可行性。
By analyzing the effect of recovery time of elastic belt load at 10~15%BW on the enhancement effect of young badminton players after activation,this paper determines the time period of PAP recovery,and explores the impact of this training method on the performance of special sensitivity test of young badminton players.The experimental subjects were 14 national young badminton athletes.After the first special sensitivity test,they were divided into elastic band resistance running group(RS group)and pace sprint group(S group)according to the similarity of results.Then they were induced by PAP after 50 m practice of elastic band resistance special pace sprint,and the special sensitivity test was tested at intervals of 4min,8min and 12min after induction,The results of RS group and s group were compared and analyzed under different intermittent conditions,so as to determine the feasibility of elastic band resistance running as a means of PAP induction.
