体育教育专业“双向互通”培养模式是应用型人才通过实践能力的提高产生的一种最优的教育方式。体育教育专业是体育学科的老牌专业,为我国中小学培养了大量的体育师资人才。为了符合社会人才需求和国家体教融合导向,该文以体育教育专业学生实践能力提高途径分析为题,旨在探讨出适合时代发展并具有创新性的培养途径,为经济社会发展提供人才保证,为体育专业转型发展摸索经验、提供借鉴。研究认为:体育院校应该以市场需求为导向,以提高实践能力为重点,改革体育教育专业培养方案,构建双向互通模式,开创校企互惠模式,在体教融合背景下培养能力强的训练人才,加快体育教育专业人才转型发展。

The"two-way communication"training mode of Physical Education major is an optimal education mode for applied talents through the improvement of practical ability.Physical Education major is an old major of Physical Education,which has trained a large number of physical education teachers for primary and secondary schools in China.In order to meet the needs of social talents and the integration orientation of national sports and education,this paper focuses on the analysis of ways to improve the practical ability of students majoring in physical education,in order to explore innovative training ways suitable for the development of the times,provide talent guarantee for economic and social development,and explore experience and reference for the transformation and development of physical education.The research shows that physical education colleges and universities should be guided by market demand and focus on improving practical ability,reform the training scheme of physical education specialty,build a two-way communication mode,create a mutual benefit mode between schools and enterprises,cultivate training talents with strong ability under the background of sports and education integration,and accelerate the transformation and development of physical education talents.
