潍坊市坊子区体育舞蹈培训机构现状探究

Research on the Current Situation of Sports Dance Training Institutions in Fangzi District of Weifang City

该文通过研究发现坊子区体育舞蹈培训机构存在教学手段单一、教学目标不够明确、学生上课积极性不高、师资力量薄弱等问题。针对这些问题提出了以下解决对策:培训机构应改善教学场地及设施,引进高水平的教师,并定期对教师进行培训,及时更新教学观念;教师应努力提高专业素养,改进教学方法及手段,制定合适的课时培养目标,注重培养学生的个性发展;学生应树立终身体育的观念,课余时间积极进行练习。

Through the research,this paper finds that the sports dance training institutions in Fangzi District have some problems,such as single teaching means,unclear teaching objectives,low students'enthusiasm in class,weak teachers and so on.Puts forward the following countermeasures to solve these problems:training institutions should improve teaching venues and facilities,introduce high-level teachers,regularly train teachers and update teaching concepts in time;teachers should strive to improve their professional quality,improve teaching methods and means,formulate appropriate class hour training objectives,and pay attention to cultivating students'personality development;students should establish the concept of lifelong physical education and actively practice in their spare time.
