农村社区体育管理及其优化研究

Research on Rural Community Sports Management and Its Optimization

该文通过文献资料法和调查研究法,对我国农村社区体育管理的现状进行了深入的分析,发现我国农村社区体育管理存在缺乏专业的管理人才、社区体育活动单一、农村经济发展程度的制约和场地设施不健全管及理机构监管不到位4个弊端。在此基础上,提出了构建良好的人才培养环境、策划多元化的社区活动、全方位发展农村经济、健全场地设施、建立健全农民监测体系的发展策略。

Through literature and investigation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of rural community sports management in China,and it is found that there are four disadvantages in community sports management in china:lack of professional management talents,single community sports activities,restriction of rural economic development,imperfect field facilities and inadequate supervision of management institutions.On this basis,this paper puts forward the development strategies of building a good talent training environment,planning diversified community activities,developing rural economy in an all-round way,perfecting site facilities and establishing and perfecting farmers'monitoring system.
