腹部CT诊断胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of abdominal CT in the diagnosis of acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer

目的:探究在胃肠道穿孔的临床诊断中应用多层螺旋CT与腹部平片的差异及诊断效果。方法:选取2016年3月—2019年12月菏泽市立医院收治的97例胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的患者。按照随机分组方式将上述患者分为CT组与平片组,平片组患者的检查方式为腹部平片,CT组患者的检查方式为腹部CT。结果:CT组患者的阳性检出率为95.92%,平片组为83.33%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT组的检测用时(14.18±3.77)min显著短于平片组的(20.84±3.69)min(P<0.05)。结论:在为十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床诊断中,腹部CT诊断的优势较高,不仅图像清晰,同时操作较为简单,检测时间较短,能为临床治疗提供准确数据。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation in the application of multi-slice spiral CT and abdominal plain film difference and diagnostic effect.Methods 97 patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected.According to the random grouping method,the above-mentioned patients were divided into CT group and plain film group,plain film group was abdominal plain film,CT group was abdominal CT.Results The positive detection rate of CT group was 95.91%,and that of plain film group was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistical significant(P﹤0.05).The time of detection in CT group was(14.18±3.77)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the plain film group(20.84±3.69)min(P﹤0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of acute perforation of duodenal ulcer,abdominal CT diagnosis has a higher advantage,not only the image is clear,but the operation is relatively simple,and the detection time is short,which can provide accurate data for clinical treatment.
