心脏及周围血管彩超检查对急性肺栓塞患者的预后评估

Prognostic value of Color Doppler echocardiography in patients with acute pulmonary embolism

目的:评估心脏及周围血管彩超检查对急性肺栓塞患者的预后影响。方法:选取2020年1月—10月我院收治的急性肺栓塞患者100例,根据患者右心功能是否存在障碍情况将其分作试验组与对照组各50例,不存在右心功能不全情况患者为对照组,存在右心功能不全情况患者为试验组,对两组患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,对患者心脏和周围血管彩超检查以及预后情况进行评估。结果:试验组患者临床及随访期间出现不良事件概率显著高于对照组,共有33例患者存在大面积肺栓塞情况,其中7例患者出现严重并发症,相比对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性肺栓塞患者应用彩超检查心脏及其周围血管能够有效掌握患者出现不良事件的高危诱因,为主治医师临床治疗提供最有力的依据,降低患者不良事件出现概率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the prognosis of patients with acute pulmonary embolism by color ultrasonography of the heart and peripheral vessels.Methods Selection in January 2020 to October our hospital 100 cases of patients with acute pulmonary embolism,according to the situation of patients with right heart function if there is a barrier to its divided into trial group and control group 50 cases,there is no right cardiac insufficiency patients as control group,as the experimental group,the presence of right cardiac insufficiency patients of two groups of patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,cardiac and peripheral vascular ultrasonography and prognosis were evaluated.Results The incidence of adverse events in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group during the clinical and follow-up period.A total of 33 patients had large area pulmonary embolism,among which 7 patients had serious complications,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Using color ultrasound to examine the heart and its surrounding blood vessels in patients with acute pulmonary embolism can effectively grasp the high-risk causes of adverse events in patients,provide the most powerful basis for clinical treatment by primary physicians,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients,thus having clinical promotion value.
