毛母质瘤的声像图特征分析

Analysis of Sonographic Features of Trichoblastoma

目的:总结分析毛母质瘤的声像图特征,以提高超声的诊断效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月—2020年3月核工业四一七医院术后经病理证实为毛母质瘤的患者22例,对这22例患者的病灶声像图进行分析并归类。结果:22例毛母质瘤患者经病理确诊共有24个病灶,术前超声诊断分析共有毛母质瘤13个,诊断准确率为54.17%(13/24);肿瘤以头部发生为最多,有11个,占45.83%(11/24),其次是颈部9个,占37.50%(9/24);肿瘤大小为2~25 mm。结论:超声检查毛母质瘤具有一定的声像学特征,超声可作为毛母质瘤的辅助检查方式。

Objective To summarize and analyze the ultrasonographic features of trichoblastoma and improve the diagnostic effect of ultrasonography.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 22 cases of patients with trichoma confirmed by pathology after surgery in 417 Hospital of Nuclear Industry from March 2017 to March 2020.The sonograms of the lesions in these 22 cases were analyzed and classified.Results There were 24 lesions confirmed by pathology in 22 patients with trichoblastoma,and 13 lesions were diagnosed by preoperative ultrasound,with a diagnostic accuracy of 54.17%(13/24).Most tumors occurred in the head with 11 cases,45.83%(11/24),followed by 9 cases in the neck 37.50%(9/24).The tumor size is about 2~25mm.Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used as an auxiliary method in the examination of hair maturation tumor,which has certain sonographic characteristics.
