摘要
在全球化背景下,来华留学生发展跨文化适应能力具有非常重要的现实意义。从归因理论的视角出发,分析影响来华留学生跨文化适应的内因和外因,结合跨文化适应的认知阶段、理解阶段和融合阶段的不同特征,从重视"开学第一课"、夯实对外汉语教学、加强师资队伍建设、开展文化体验等维度提出改善来华留学生跨文化适应问题的建议。
In the context of globalization,it is of great practical significance for international students to develop cross-cultural adaptability.Starting from the perspective of attribution theory,the article analyses internal and external factors affecting cross-cultural adaptability of international students studying in China,combined with different characteristics in terms of various situations,such as cognitive stage,understanding stage and integration stage of cross-cultural adaptability.The article proposes that improving cross-cultural adaptability of international students studying in China should pay great attention to several aspects of first-class of study,teaching Chinese to foreigners,teaching stuff construction and cultural experience.
