摘要 本文主要从PCR一次法两鼓成型机的设备结构和控制系统的组成两方面进行描述,根据现有的PCR成型机存在诸多不足之处,提出相应解决的方案。同时充分应用Motion SFC的自身所体现的高自由度以及可编程性等性质,使机组在复杂工艺条件下执行过程逻辑更加清晰易懂,通过对该机组的程序进行局部的优化和改进,便于维护人员迅速查找故障以便降低停机率。为了提高产能、降低劳动强度等因素增加自动卸胎贴标扫码等装置,最后主要描述了改善后所产生的效益。 This article mainly describes from the two aspects of the equipment structure and control system of the PCR one-step two drums building machine.According to the many shortcomings of the existing PCR building machine,a corresponding solution was proposed.At the same time,the high degree of freedom and programmability of Motion SFC are fully used to make the execution process logic of the unit under complex process conditions clearer and easier to understand.By partially optimizing and improving the program of the unit,it is convenient for maintenance personnel to quickly find faults in order to reduce the downtime rate.In order to increase productivity,reduce labor intensity and other factors,add automatic tire unloading,labeling and scanning devices,and finally mainly describe the benefits generated by the improvement.
