摘要
以水性环氧树脂和固化剂作为主要成膜物质制得轨道交通轮对用水性环氧底漆,以水性羟基丙烯酸二级分散体与疏水性和亲水性多异氰酸酯交联制得轨道交通轮对用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,简要分析了水性漆在轨道交通轮对上的涂装过程控制要点以及涂层性能常规检测项目和参照标准。
Waterborne epoxy primer for rail transit wheelsets was prepared by using waterborne epoxy resin and curing agent as main film-forming materials. Waterborne acrylic polyurethane topcoat for rail transit wheelsets was prepared by crosslinking waterborne hydroxyacrylic acid secondary dispersion with hydrophobic and hydrophilic polyisocyanate. The coating process control points of waterborne paint on rail transit wheelsets as well as the routine test items and reference standards of coating performance were briefly analyzed.
