在双色车生产过程中,由于采用特殊的涂装工艺,一些质量问题在生产前难以识别。针对生产过程中特定颜色出现的附着力异常问题进行了原因分析以及解决措施探讨。为后续新工艺的开发、验证提供了宝贵的经验。

In the production process of two-color car,some quality problems are difficult to identify before production due to special coating process.In this paper,the causes and measures of abnormal adhesion of specific colors in the production process were analyzed.It provided valuable experience for the follow-up development and verification of new processes.
