Commercialization of Dry Spray Paint Room

涂装一直以来都是汽车生产中的耗能大户,降低能耗已成为全行业的迫切需求。结合吉利第一条商用纸箱式干式喷漆线的安装调试经验,介绍了干式喷漆室的应用,着重从节能环保工艺等方面阐述了纸箱式干式喷漆室的性能特点,另外,从安全的角度分析了此方案的可行性,充分说明纸箱式干式喷漆室的优势。

Painting has always been a major energy consumer in automobile production,and reducing energy consumption has become an urgent need for the entire industry.Combined with the installation and commissioning experience of Geely’s first commercial carton dry paint spraying line,the application of dry paint spraying room was introduced and the performance characteristics of the carton dry paint spraying room were emphasized in terms of energy saving and environmental protection technology.In addition,the feasibility of this program was analyzed from the safety point of view and the advantages of the carton dry spray room was fully demonstrated.
