摘要 汽车涂装生产环节的能耗占总能耗的73%,若能够使用涂装节能减排工艺,能够明显降低汽车生产中的能源消耗,帮助实现社会可持续发展的目标,促进社会经济的不断发展。主要论述了汽车涂装节能减排工艺的应用现状并对该工艺技术进行分析,探索最佳的应用方式,增强汽车涂装的环保性、节能性。 The energy consumption of automobile coating production links accounts for 73%of the total energy consumption.If the coating energy saving and emission reduction process can be used,the energy consumption during automobile production will be significantly reduced,the goal of social sustainable development will be realized and the continuous development of social economy will be promoted.The application status of energy saving and emission reduction technology of automobile coating was mainly discussed.The technology was analyzed.The best application mode was explored.The environmental protection and energy saving of automobile were enhanced.
