摘要
通过采用数据采集器及温湿度探头布点采样的方式绘制出不同设备运行沃尔沃加速腐蚀试验VCS 1027,1449标准时的工作曲线,来探讨不同品牌设备对于该标准的契合度。通过分析表明,此次对标选用的不同品牌设备对此标准的响应度差别较大,对设备温湿度线性控制的一致性值得进一步探讨,提供了一种设备对标的分析方法。
In this paper,the working curves of VCS 1027,1449 standard for Volvo accelerated corrosion test were drawn by using data collector and temperature and humidity probe sampling to discuss the compliance of different brands of equipment to this standard.The results showed that the response of different brands of equipment selected in this benchmarking was different from that of the standard.The consistency of linear control of temperature and humidity of equipment was worth further discussion,and an analysis method of equipment calibration was provided.
