摘要
近年来我国高速铁路发展迅速,动车组运用越来越广泛。随着动车组保有量的增长,动车组市场进入了高级修的高峰期。由于动车组高级修成本高,且在目前的维修体制中,各路局对高级修预算都有一定限制,而既有研究未考虑这一关键限制条件。鉴于目前动车组在一年内进行高级修次数一般小于一次的事实,本文采用年度高级修资金预算约束的策略,在分析资金预算及成本支出的基础上,构建带资金预算约束的动车组高级修计划优化0-1整数规划模型。对中国铁路某局集团有限公司的124列动车组进行实际优化,使用Python调用Gurobi进行精确求解。将生成的优化方案与不考虑资金预算限制下的优化方案进行比较,在不超预算的情况下,得到优于人工经验的方案。
With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway in recent years,EMU trains have been used widely.With the growth of the number of EMU trains,the EMU market has entered a peak period of high-level maintenance.Due to the high cost of high-level maintenance and under the current maintenance system,each railway bureau has certain restrictions on the capital budget for high-level maintenance,while the existing studies have not considered this critical constraint.Since the number of high-level maintenances carried out for an EMU train within a year is usually less than once,this paper adopted the strategy of annual high-level maintenance capital budget constraint.Based on the analysis of the capital budget and cost expenditure,this paper constructed a 0-1 integer programming model for the optimization of the EMU high-level maintenance under capital budget constraint.The 124 EMU trains of China Railway were used as the sample for optimization,and Gurobi was called through Python to solve the problem accurately.By comparing the generated optimization plan with the one which does not consider the capital budget constraint,a plan that is better than the one made by manual experience is obtained without exceeding the capital budget.
