Common Complications of Dressing Change in PICC Clinic and Nursing Countermeasures

目的探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)门诊换药常见并发症及护理对策的应用效果。方法方便选择该院于2018年2月—2020年2月间收治的78例PICC门诊换药患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为对照组(n=39)和治疗组(n=39)对照组患者采取常规护理,治疗组患者实施针对性护理。比较两组PICC门诊换药患者经过护理措施对策干预后,患者并发症的发生状况、护理满意度并进行分析。结果经过护理措施对策干预后,对照组患者术后并发症发生率41.03%显著高于治疗组7.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.759,P=0.001);治疗组患者的护理总满意度94.87%显著高于对照组79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042)。结论在PICC门诊换药治疗中,应用个性化护理干预对策,有效改善PICC门诊换药患者的临床症状,降低并发症的发生概率,疗效较为理想,且能有效提高护理满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the common complications of PICC outpatient dressing change and the application effect of nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 78 PICC outpatient dressing change patients admitted to the hospital between February 2018 and February 2020 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=39)and a treatment group(n=39)according to the random grouping method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the treatment group patients received targeted nursing.The two groups of PICC outpatient dressing change patients were compared after nursing.After the intervention of measures and countermeasures,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients were analyzed.Results After the intervention of nursing measures,the incidence 41.03%of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than 7.69%in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.759,P=0.001);The total nursing satisfaction 94.87%was significantly higher than 79.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042).Conclusion In PICC outpatient dressing change treatment,the application of personalized nursing intervention strategies can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of PICC outpatient dressing change patients and reduce the probability of complications.The curative effect is ideal,and it can effectively improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization.
