加速康复外科(ERAS)护理措施对日间翼状胬肉手术患者围术期的影响

Effect of Nursing Measures in Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery(ERAS)on the Perioperative Period of Day Surgery for Pterygium Patients

目的分析加速康复外科(ERAS)护理措施对日间翼状胬肉患者围术期的应用效果。方法随机选取该院2020年1—8月收治的翼状胬肉患者147例进行研究。随机选取73例患者作为对照组,给予常规护理;74例作为观察组,给予加速康复外科(ERAS)护理措施,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的SAS评分(32.35±3.35)分、SDS评分(30.36±4.44)分和VAS评分(1.35±0.65)分均明显低于对照组,观察组的躯体功能评分(82.35±4.56)分、心理功能评分(82.36±6.65)分和社会功能评分(81.35±4.65)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.061、13.385、15.909、16.133、11.549、15.925,P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(2.70%)明显偏低对照组(13.70%),观察组护理服务满意率(98.65%)、护理质量合格率(97.30%)均优于对照组(90.41%、86.30%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.927、4.846、5.927,P<0.05)。结论给予日间翼状胬肉患者加速康复外科(ERAS)护理措施能够有效改善患者心理状态和疼痛程度,提升患者生活质量,能够显著降低患者不良反应发生率,有助于提升整体护理质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)nursing measures on patients with pterygium during the perioperative period.Methods 147 patients with pterygium admitted to the hospital from January to August 2020 were selected for research.73 patients were random randomly selected as the control group and were given routine nursing care;74 patients were taken as the observation group and given the accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)nursing measures,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS score(32.35±3.35)points,SDS score(30.36±4.44)points and VAS score(1.35±0.65)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The physical function score of the observation group was(82.35±4.56)points,the score of mental function(82.36±6.65)points and the score of social function(81.35±4.65)points were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.061,13.385,15.909,16.133,11.549,15.925,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.70%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.70%).The satisfaction rate of nursing service(98.65%)and the qualified rate of nursing quality(97.30%)in the observation group were better than those of the control group(90.41%,86.30%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.927,4.846,5.927,P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery(ERAS)nursing measures for patients with day pterygium can effectively improve the mental state and pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and help improve the overall quality of care,with promotion value.
