整体优质护理对泌尿结石患者护理满意度的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Holistic High-quality Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Urinary Calculi

目的探讨整体优质护理对泌尿结石患者护理满意度的影响。方法方便选取90例泌尿结石患者,均为2018年1月—2020年1月期间收治,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=45)护理方式为常规护理,观察组(n=45)护理方式为整体优质护理,分析护理前后SAS评分、SDS评分、认知度评分、疼痛与血尿缓解时间。结果观察组护理后SAS评分为(36.62±2.81)分,SDS评分为(41.68±2.78)分,与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.065、13.762,P<0.05);疼痛缓解时间为(24.23±3.58)h,血尿缓解时间为(21.66±3.17)h,与对照组相比较短,差异有统计学意义(t=26.131、21.538,P<0.05);认知度评分,与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.509,P<0.05)。结论对泌尿结石患者实施整体优质护理效果较好,可有效缓解疼痛,加快血尿症状缓解,改善患者不良情绪,提高其对疾病的认知。

Objective To explore the influence of overall high-quality nursing care on patients with urinary calculi.Methods Ninety patients with urinary calculi were convenient selected from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=45)was the normal nursing care,and the observation group(n=45)adopted the overall high-quality nursing,and the SAS score,SDS score,awareness score,pain and hematuria relief time before and after nursing were analyzed.Results The SAS score of the observation group after nursing was(36.62±2.81)points,and the SDS score was(41.68±2.78)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.065,13.762,P<0.05);The remission time was(24.23±3.58)h,and the hematuria remission time was(21.66±3.17)h,which was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.131,21.538,P<0.05);the awareness score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.509,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of high-quality nursing care for patients with urinary stones is good,which can effectively relieve pain,speed up the relief of hematuria,improve patients'bad mood,and improve their cognition of the disease.
