完全护理措施在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用

Application of Complete Nursing Measures in Patients with Multi-drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨完全护理措施在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法方便选择2017年2月—2020年1月该院收治的88例耐多药肺结核患者,以随机数表法将其分为两组。对照组44例患者采取常规护理,研究组44例患者在此基础上应用完全护理措施。对比两组患者治疗6个月后病灶吸收率与痰菌转阴率。通过自拟问卷调查表对比两组患者护理干预前后对于治疗的依从性。根据健康调查量表36(SF-36)对比两组患者护理干预前后的生活质量。结果研究组6个月后病灶吸收率90.91%与痰菌转阴率84.09%均高于对照组70.45%、63.64%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.906、7.861,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组治疗依从性评分(92.8±3.5)分高于对照组(82.0±4.0)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.478,P<0.001),SF-36评分(92.3±4.8)分高于对照组(84.6±5.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.143,P<0.001)。结论完全护理措施在耐多药肺结核患者中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效提高患者对于治疗的依从性,促使病灶吸收与痰菌转阴,保障生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of complete nursing measures in patients with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were convenient selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The 44 patients in the control group took routine care,and the 44 patients in the study group took complete care measures on this basis.The absorption rate of the lesions and the rate of negative sputum bacteria were compared between the two groups of patients after 6 months of treatment.A self-made questionnaire was used to compare the adherence of the two groups of patients to treatment before and after nursing intervention.According to the health survey scale 36(SF-36),the quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention was compared.Results After 6 months,the study group's lesion absorption rate of 90.91%and sputum negative rate of 84.09%were higher than those of the control group,70.45%and 63.64%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.906,7.861,P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance score of the study group(92.8±3.5)points was higher than that of the control group(82.0±4.0)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.478,P<0.001),and the SF-36 score(92.3±4.8)points was higher than that of the control group(84.6±5.3)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.143,P<0.001).Conclusion Complete nursing measures have a significant application effect in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis,which can effectively improve the patient's compliance with treatment,promote the absorption of lesions and turn negative sputum bacteria,guarantee the quality of life.
